Plants! According to The Guardian, “considerable energy has gone into showing how plants and flowers brighten the work experience.” In fact, the term Biophilia was coined to demonstrate how green office spaces reduce stress hormones and increase brain functionality. So, pick up a succulent, cactus and/or small flower pot – just don’t forget to water it!
